Join us on September 7th 2023 at 11 a.m. ET for the AtlAS September 2023 Plenary Virtual meeting.
The September meeting will include a moderated discussion with Steven Skulnik, FCIArb, titled “Arbitration Law Developments.” Mr. Skulnik is a practicing Arbitrator and a Senior Legal Editor for Arbitration at Practical Law. We will be exploring recent, impactful arbitration decisions to come out of the U.S. Supreme Court and other courts. And we will be discussing what further arbitration law developments may be on the horizon. Our own David Gallo will be moderating.
