AtlAS September Plenary Meeting

Join us on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EDT / 17:00 – 18:30 PM CET for AtlAS’s September Plenary Meeting.

AtlAS’s President, Dr. Christof Siefarth, LL.M., will host the meeting at his law firm, BODENHEIMER, in Berlin, Germany. The session will take place as a part of Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.

As with all of AtlAS’s Plenary Meetings, there will be an option for remote (virtual) attendance. We encourage our members and colleagues in the United States who are unable to join us in Berlin to attend remotely, as part of this cultural exchange.

The meeting will feature a panel titled: “Arbitrating in the United States: Resolving Disputes Arising out of Cross-Border Business and Investments.” Speaking on the panel will be:
