AtlAS August Meeting

Join us for AtlAS’s August Plenary Meeting Thursday, August 13, at 11:00 AM EDT / 5:00 PM CET.

AtlAS President-Elect Michael Sullivan will host the meeting at his law firm, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, at 1331 Spring St. NW, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30309. The firm will provide lunch to in-person attendees.

As with all of AtlAS’s Plenary Meetings, there will be an option for remote (virtual) attendance by Zoom.

At the meeting, AtlAS will host a panel titled: “Midstream but not Adrift – Midstream Conferencing and the New Efficiency Wave in International Arbitration Speaking.” Speaking on the panel will be:

• Sebastian Feiler of BODENHEIMER in Cologne, Germany (moderator);
• Gustav Flecke-Giammarco of Seven Summits Arbitration in Munich, Germany;
• Isabel Fernández de la Cuesta, independent arbitrator in New York, New York;
• David Wilson, independent arbitrator in Denver, Colorado.
