José Astigarraga of Reed Smith/Miami will discuss the recent ICC Commission Task Force Report on The Accuracy of Fact Witness Memory in International Arbitration.
Mr. Astigarraga co-chaired the Commission Task Force. Its report was informed by academic research and practical experience pertaining to the science of human memory and how that science and experience might be deployed to assist in improving the accuracy of fact witness testimony.
