Join us on November 10th 2022 at 11:00 am for the AtlAS November 2022 Plenary Hybrid meeting.
The meeting will be hosted by the firm Troutman Pepper, 600 Peachtree Street, N.E., Atlanta, GA 30309. The November meeting will include a discussion of “manifest disregard” and perceptions of the Georgia Supreme Court’s decision in Adventure Motorsports Reinsurance Ltd. et al. v. Interstate National Dealer Services Inc.. The discussion will be led by Troutman Partner Zach Torres-Fowler, who specializes his practice in construction disputes and international arbitration, and also serves as an adjunct professor at the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, where he teaches courses on international commercial arbitration. While this will be a hybrid meeting, we hope that those who are in Atlanta will attend in-person.
